
“Running with the Wolves, Dancing with Friends” is a day experience promoted by DOM School. It consists of approximately 10 hours of experience with practices and learning led by Lu Brites - a yogini artist with over 30 years of experience and creator of the DOM Method.
You will dive into self-knowledge through an exclusive approach that combines arts, yoga and Jungian psychology. Recognized for promoting systemic creative health, the DOM Method will lead you to explore your creativity, intuition and inner strength through integrated approaches.
How will your day be?
You will be guided through several unique practices and experiences. Check out some of the activities:

Yoga Practices
Techniques that lead to balance and increase your body and emotional awareness. In these activities, you will be awakened to respect your body and cultivate acceptance.

Dance
You will discover dance as a strategy to express your emotions in a physical and creative way and a tool to connect with your sensuality, femininity and inner power.

Group therapeutic dynamics
You will be led to new perspectives, insights and tools to deal with your own challenges, in addition to participating in an environment of mutual support, fundamental to the process of personal growth and female empowerment.

Who is Lu Brites?
Active in the Brazilian performing arts and a yogini since the age of 14, Lu Brites is a yoga teacher, dancer, actress, choreographer, body trainer, movement director for over 25 years, creator of the DOM Method and DOM School.
Lu Brites brought all her experience on stage, screens and classrooms to the school as a way of amplifying teaching that enhances the health and creativity of every human being.
