From the skin inwards we have an infinite universe:
diverse, powerful, light and full of possibilities.
When we hear our bell ring, magic happens.
We all have an Original GIFT.
Have you recognized yours yet?
Just as the hero grows stronger on the journey by overcoming battles and all the challenges imposed on him, we have inner dragons and we can educate them. Because it is in the cave you are afraid to enter that the treasure you seek lies.
The DOM Method brings together two relics of humanity: the ancient foundations of Yoga and the dynamics of Art for integral development. These are studies, practices and experiences that will gradually reconnect you to your unique, precious and non-transferable Original DOM.
During the entire journey, you will empower yourself, take the lead in your own journey, revolutionize your life, begin to live the narrative you choose to experience and complete your training as a practitioner of the DOM Method.

MODULE 1
Vinyasa - Life Cycles
The first module of the journey is dedicated to understanding the cycles of life and nature – the principles of opening to the GIFT of vital pleasure. This connection is made through practices and knowledge related to the control — and unblocking — of body movement, in synchrony with breathing.
Dates:
May 1st – Class 1
May 4th – Class 2
May 11th – Class 3
May 15th – Class 4
May 18th - Class 5
May 25th – Class 6
MODULE 2
Columns and Chakras - Open System
The second stage is dedicated to studies and practices that connect our physical, emotional, mental and energetic systems. This study and practice promotes the development of consciousness available in each of the energy centers along the spine. We will explore their expressions in the different spheres of life and the implications of each chakra in the structuring of physical postures and behaviors.
Dates:
May 29th – Class 1
June 1st – Class 2
June 8th – Class 3
June 12th – Class 4
June 15th – Class 5
June 22nd – Class 6
MODULE X
Sadhana - Creating a daily practice
In a 21-day journey, we will create (or refine) our sankalpa and make loving vows to advance, step by step, in the construction of our own sadhana, individually. In the DOM Method – precisely because it combines yoga and art – it is essential that this construction be original. Therefore – just like the artist who creates his own work/life – we will present several different practices so that each person can creatively combine what is best for their respective life conditions, using both the training that each person already has or likes, as well as observing what each person needs.
Dates:
June 26th - Class 1
June 29th – Class 2
July 6th – Class 3
July 10th – Class 4
July 13th – Class 5
July 20th – Class 6
MODULE 4
Prismatic vision - composing life in yoga and art
In a 21-day journey, we will create (or refine) our sankalpa and make loving vows to move forward, step by step.
The Prismatic Vision within this method is the placement of a person's presence in relation to themselves and the world – at the same time. In such a way that at each moment life is perceived as a possibility of expansion. In the fourth module of the journey, you will be guided through a cycle of studies, practices and training to expand your reading of the world.
The objective is to develop the ability to see oneself and the world better in order to better choose how to act in oneself and on the planet, through the fusion of the principles and structure of Ashatanga (the eight foundations systematized by the wise Patanjali ) and View Points (a contemporary American system of scenic composition created by Mary Overlie – perfected and expanded by Anne Bogart and Tina Landau in the 60s).
Dates:
July 24th – Class 1
July 27th – Class 2
August 3rd – Class 3
August 7th – Class 4
August 10th – Class 5
August 17th – Class 6
MODULE 5
Creative Gesture Asana
The fifth module is an intense two-way dive into the influence of body gestures on our thoughts (mental gestures) and on our feelings and emotions (affective gestures) and, at the same time, the mental and emotional influence (narratives) on the expression and perception of the body. The content will enable you to listen to your body and read its manifestations to better serve it with precise practices.
Dates:
August 21st – Class 1
August 24th - Class 2
Day 31/08 – Class 3
September 4th – Class 4
September 8th – Class 5
September 14th – Class 6
IMMERSION
Atma Namaskar
The journey concludes in this ritualistic immersion to awaken a unique consciousness through the completion of an individual sequence created by each student. It is a practice that is equivalent to the creation of a personal body mantra.
Date:
September 18th
