Cancellation, Refund and Exchange Policy
According to the Consumer Protection Code (art. 49), the consumer has the right to request cancellation within 7 days of the date of purchase. Within the period mentioned above, the amount paid will be refunded in full.
If cancellation is requested after 7 days and the course has not yet started, 80% of the amount paid will be refunded, due to the reservation of a place for the student.
If the student requests cancellation and the course and/or materials have already been made available, a proportional amount will be refunded, to be calculated considering that part of the purchase has already been used.
In both situations, the refund will be made using the payment method chosen by the student at the time of purchase.

*For payments made by credit card, the administrative fee charged by the operator will not be refunded.
As we sell digital products, it is not possible to exchange them for another product.
